Yesterday we donned our aprons and had our annual Christmas cookie baking day at our house. 
Trey loved cutting the sugar cookies out with cookie cutters (he especially loved adding flour on top!).
We had lots of laughs this year as always - especially since we tried a new sugar cookie recipe (as we have been every year until we found a winner this year - this recipe made the yummiest cookies yet!) and we watched as they surprised us and REALLY expanded in the oven.
Trey had a ton of fun frosting and decorating some cookies too - he added about an inch of sprinkles to the cookies he decorated for Santa. We'll have to take some pictures of his loaded cookies when we finish decorating on Christmas Eve when Stephanie and Kam can join in the fun!
