One Fast Decade

Last weekend was my 10 year reunion. Our weekend began with a football game at Byer's field on Friday night. Trey loved watching and dancing to the band and cheering for the football players.

A great memory for us was when Parma scored a touchdown and the announcer said, "Touchdown Redmen!" and Trey screamed, "That isn't right! It's touchdown Bagels!" It took us a few times of asking Trey to repeat himself until we finally figured out he meant, "Touchdown Bengals!" because he has a little toy football that shouts it every time you throw it on the ground. I can't believe the things he remembers and relates to the world around him.

Saturday morning we took a tour of PSH to see everything that has changed in 10 years. Trey enjoyed sitting on the gazebo that had been built for the alumni courtyard.

Saturday night we headed downtown to the House of Blues for the reunion. We had a great time talking to people - Chas said he enjoyed hearing stories and memories of high school from everyone. Hopefully I can find out some interesting things about Chas when we go to his in the fall.
