Carnival

Friday night we headed out to Seven Hills Home Days festival in search of some good old carnie rides (with the creepy carnie ride operators to accompany them!) and fried fair food goodness. I found out that deep fried Twinkies are AMAZING and Trey loved all the rides!

The swings were Trey's favorite without a doubt!

Trey even loved the bounce house (he has hated these for years - so I was shocked by how much he loved bouncing around in there).

The night's fireworks were delayed to Sunday night because a thunderstorm came rolling in after we were there for a few hours - it was very eerie to watch the dark storm clouds roll in over the horizon. You can see how the blue sky on the left is slowly being replaced by the dark and ominous clouds on the right. We made it to the car just in time!
