Ice Cream Truck

The ice cream truck has frequented our street these past summers and we've tended to ignore it.  Last weekend we were doing some yard work in the front yard, heard the ice cream truck coming down our street, and decided to introduce Trey to his first ice cream truck experience. 

Chas and Trey ran down the driveway to flag down the truck.  He studied the outside of the truck to pick just the right treat - and he finally decided on a Scooby Doo ice cream popsicle.

Here is Trey showing off his ear-less Scooby Doo.  He was a great chocolate mess when he was done with his popcicle but it was worth the clean up to watch him have so much fun. 

Of course now that he has experienced the ice cream truck he can't wait for it to come back again.  He already eyed up his next treat on the truck...a Spider Man ice cream popcicle (he had a tough time choosing between that and the Scooby Doo).
